| Description of Project:
The first phase consists of the complete renovation of the existing
building, in which are housed exclusive boutiques, sublime restaurants,
sophisticated nightclubs and also a state of the art movie theater.
The second phase, still to be built, will house shops on the ground floor, and luxury apartments from the first to the fifth floor. Extent of Services: Architectural, structural and detailed design, working drawings. |
