| Description of Project: The existing hotel rooms were drastically renovated and refurbished. 130 new rooms were added in the so named Pelican Wing and Flamingo Wing; a new swimming pool and a bar complemented the hotel facilities and extensive landscaping rendered this hotel complex into a truly tropical resort. |  |
| Extent of Services: Architectural, structural and detailed design, working drawings, tender and contract documents, project management and daily site supervision. Also the landscape design was part of AOB's commission as well as the procurement of the furnishing for the hotel rooms. |  |
